After successfully piloting the new ‘Monday Madness’ one-to-one mentoring calls, which initially lasted 15 minutes, throughout October and November, we are thrilled to announce that these sessions are now a permanent feature every Monday afternoon. Moreover, in response to the positive feedback received, we have extended the duration of these mentoring sessions to 30 minutes each.
Trained business coaches and DCBN Directors Louise and Diane have opened their diaries, allowing members to book one to one calls on any topic they need help with. Whether it’s seeking guidance, answering questions, or providing support, with their combined nearly 30 years of experience, there isn’t much Louise and Diane haven’t come across in their own cleaning businesses so they are ready and able to assist. Their wealth of experience encompasses a broad spectrum of business challenges, making these calls an invaluable resource for members looking to overcome obstacles, receive advice, and kickstart their week on a positive note.
So far help and advice has been given on topics as varied as VAT, sales skills, recruitment, systemisation, marketing, TUPE, LinkedIn, finding commercial clients, managing staff and more, so our members are definitely keeping Louise and Diane on their toes and the advice and knowledge they’ve been sharing is making a real difference to our members!
