Before starting her cleaning business in 2008, Diane was Business Manager for one of the largest business coaching practices in the UK and has put all her knowledge of systems, marketing and leadership into her cleaning business right from the start.
She now spends most of her time focusing on marketing and systems, with a great team to help her with the day to management of the business.
So if you are looking for help with marketing, HR, sales, systemisation, managing a team and growing a business from the ground up, she can help and guide you and give you the support you need to succeed.
Diane now lives in France full time running her businesses and the DCBN remotely.

Are you just starting out or looking to grow your team? Louise’s approach is to understand your business and point out the resources that the DCBN has available to support you.
Having started and run a domestic cleaning business at the age of 25 she grew it to 35 staff and now it runs independently with a management team – ‘the objective of any business is to sell it or have residual income.’
Louise has a degree in Economics and is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She will quickly get to the (often hidden) root cause of the problem to get it sorted.
Louise will be found climbing or hiking in the mountains when not working within the cleaning world.
